A short intake
After you book, you answer a few questions: what you do, what you have tried, and what you want to walk away with. I read it and look at what you send before we meet, so the hour starts at the real problem.

A live working session
Not a slide deck. You share your screen and we work on your actual setup, offer or content system. Where it fits in the hour, we build the first piece together while you watch, so you know how it works when I am gone.

A written plan and the recording
You get a short written plan: what to build, in what order, which tools, and your next 3 moves. Plus the recording of the call, so nothing gets lost.

How do I book?

What if I need to cancel or move it?
Cancel 24 hours or more before the call and you get a full refund. You can reschedule once, free, with 24 hours notice. Inside 24 hours or a no-show is not refunded.
What if I am late or you are?
If I cancel or run more than 10 minutes late, you choose: a full refund or a new time.
Is this for my whole team?

Will you build it for me?
This is a working session and a plan, not a done-for-you build. We often set up the first piece live, but the point is that you leave able to run it.
What do I need?
A laptop, a video link (I send it), and whatever you want to work on open on your screen. No prep beyond the intake.
